Helping people move through life’s hardest transitions with clarity, consistency, and real, lasting change.

When I was 22, my sister died suddenly. She was 17. That moment changed everything about how I see the world, my purpose, and what actually matters.

 

I realized I didn't want to waste my life waiting for circumstances to change me.

 

I wanted to understand what makes people capable of moving through difficulty and building real happiness. That question has driven my work for the last two decades.

The Origin

I spent years studying how people actually move through transition—whether chosen or unexpected. I interviewed those who had rebuilt their lives after loss, career shifts, relationship changes, and reinvention.

I tested frameworks. 

I discovered patterns.

That work became my seven-tool system.

It's the framework I've used with hundreds of clients navigating every kind of transition.

And it's the foundation of my book, The Small Steps to Creating Balanced Happiness.

Happiness isn't something that happens to you when the right circumstances arrive.

It's something you build through small, consistent actions and understanding yourself deeply.

Most people skip the second part. They know what they should do.

 

They just can't do it.

They sabotage themselves.

They quit.

 

I don't let that happen in our work together.
